This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through depinfin.com and our related services (the "Platform"). DePINfin does not custody investor funds or securities. Identity verification, accreditation verification, payment processing, and e-signature execution are performed by third-party service providers, not by DePINfin directly. Information We Collect We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, and role on the Platform (Investor, Manager, or Operator). Where you participate in an offering, our third-party service providers collect identity verification, accreditation, and payment-related information on our behalf and share verification results with us. We also collect standard technical information such as IP address and browser type when you use the Platform. How We Use Information We use information to operate the Platform, facilitate offering participation, verify eligibility to invest, generate required documentation, and comply with applicable securities laws and recordkeeping requirements. We do not use investor information for unrelated marketing purposes.
